The one-time grocery rebate is scheduled to land in the bank accounts of millions of Canadians this week.
Budget 2023 promised the payment for low and modest-income families to bring some relief from inflation, and it was passed by Parliament in May.
It is scheduled to be issued this Wednesday, alongside the next quarterly GST/HST credit payment.
You can expect it to be equivalent to double the GST/HST credit amount you received this past January.
About 11 million Canadians will be eligible.

$548 (with 3 children)

If you are married or have a common-law partner:

$628 (with 4 children)
The Canada Child Benefit will also be issued on July 20, 2023, with an adjustment for inflation.
