Sunday’s blast was the fourth similar incident, all occurring in March, which has resulted in the death of two people and a number of injuries.
On Friday, March 2, 39-year-old Anthony Stephan House was killed when he handled a box left on his front porch in the early hours of the morning.
Ten days later, 17-year-old Draylen William Mason was killled, and his mother was critically injured, when they opened a package left on their front porch at a similar time.
Later that morning, a 75-year-old was critically injured when she opened a package left near her home as well.
The FBI says that more than 500 federal agents are investigating the string of bombings and more than 435 leads have come in so far.
However, the case is remains unsolved and authorities believe that the perpetrator may be trying to send a message.
