A Caspian Airlines jet carrying well over 100 passengers slid off a runway and onto the middle of a road this morning. It happened at an airport in Mahshahr, Iran, and fortunately there have been no injuries reported by officials and the plane didn’t catch fire.

Over the weekend, the NHL All-Stars gathered in St. Louis for a skills competition and three-on-three All-Star tournament. The Pacific Division came out on top, largely thanks to the performances of Elias Petterson and Quinn Hughes, who put their skills on display. The latter, who had six points in two games, even got some high praise from Wayne Gretzky.

On Sunday, the BBC did a segment talking about the death of Kobe Bryant, but they made a pretty significant mistake. Instead of showing footage of Bryant, they showed footage of LeBron James. The broadcast network was criticized heavily online and then issued an apology for the mistake later on in the show.

One of Canada’s biggest remaining music festivals, Osheaga has unveiled its 2020 headliners. Kendrick Lamar, Lizzo and Foo Fighters are the big names at this year’s festival in Montreal, but you can expect the undercard to have some fantastic acts as well. Those names have slowly started to be revealed through Twitter, but a full lineup card hasn’t been released.
