Police searching for missing woman with multiple medical issues who could be in the Interior

Police in the BC Interior are on the lookout for a missing woman who could be in trouble.

According to Williams Lake RCMP, Lori Rushton has not been seen since 5:17 pm on Thursday. She was last spotted leaving her home in the community.

Police are very concerned for Rushton's health and well-being. She was recently diagnosed with various medical issues and left home without her oxygen support.

Rushton was only described as a 72-year-old Indigenous woman with short hair.
