Lady Gaga-led COVID-19 benefit concert boasts star-studded lineup

(UPDATE: April 17 @ 10 am) - The 'One World: Together At Home' benefit concert is just one day away and the lineup continues to grow.

The "historic multi-hour digital and broadcast event" led by Global Citizen and Lady Gaga will air at 8 PM and that might give you enough time to read through the entire lineup.

Since last week, names like Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lopez, Ellie Goulding, The Killers, Usher, Kacey Musgraves, Michael Bublé, Niall Horan, Lady Antebellum, Kesha, Jack Johnson, Liam Payne, Andrea Bocelli and so many others have been added to the lineup.

The original lineup already included Billie Eilish, Chris Martin, Eddie Vedder, Elton John, John Legend, Keith Urban, Lizzo, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder and many others.

If this was an actual music festival, it'd cost $5,000 for the weekend and be the most talked about musical event since Woodstock.

Since we can't go to music festivals right now, the entire thing will be free and broadcasted to your TV, laptop or phone through a number of channels.

You can watch on cable through ABC, CBS or NBC and it'll be streamed online through YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well.

The show will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert and it'll also feature plenty of non-musicians like Ellen Degeneres, Oprah Winfrey, Amy Poehler and plenty more.

(Original story: April 9 @ 7 pm) - In late March, Sir Elton John hosted a Living Room Concert put on by iHeart Radio brought North America virtually together for an hour.

This weekend, it’ll happen again, this time thanks to Global Citizen and Lady Gaga.

The April 18 benefit concert will be called ‘One World: Together At Home’ and it’ll boast another star-studded lineup of musicians performing from the comfort of their own homes.

That includes Billie Eilish, Chris Martin, Eddie Vedder, Elton John, John Legend, Keith Urban, Lizzo, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder and many others.

Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert will host the show.

The show will aim to raise money for the World Health Organization and our frontline healthcare workers.

Global Citizen is calling it a “historic multi-hour digital and broadcast event,” which will be broadcast through ABC, NBA, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other streaming services.
