5 people seriously injured in collision with a tree on Sooke Road

This morning at 2:15 am, the Sooke RCMP were called to assist the BC Ambulance Service with a collision in the 5800 Block of Sooke Road.

First responders discovered five people with serious injuries after their vehicle collided with a tree.

Sooke Road was closed for the majority of the morning as police examined the scene.

Sooke RCMP are appealing to the public for any witnesses or dash camera footage along Sooke Road, from Woodlands Road in Sooke to Veterans Memorial Parkway in Langford, between the hours of 1:30 am and 2:15 am that captured a black two-door sedan travelling Westbound.

Anyone with information or dash camera footage that may have captured the vehicle involved are asked to call the Sooke RCMP detachment at 250-642-5241.
