The RCMP was called to an address in the 1200 block of the West Trans Canada Highway on March 1 at about 12:40 pm.
They were told that a woman was being aggressive and refusing to leave the premises.
When officers arrived, the woman is said to have continued to refuse to leave.
She was then arrested and allegedly bit an officer.
“The officer suffered minor injury, but is expected to recover fully,” said Cst. Crystal Evelyn.
