Prince George man arrested in Saskatchewan after police found 526 grams of cocaine in his vehicle

A Prince George man is most likely wishing he fixed his broken windshield before hitting the road in Saskatchewan.

According to Saskatchewan RCMP, on January 7th, police were conducting enforcement on Highway 16 near Maidstone. After noticing an eastbound vehicle with a smashed windshield, officers pulled it over.

As a result of investigating the vehicle, 526 grams of cocaine was located inside. The driver, a 55-year-old PG resident, was arrested at the scene and charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

Karl Ericson will appear in Lloydminister Provincial Court on March 24th at 10 am.
