An investigation into the alleged actions started in 2019 after a person came forward to tell police they were sexually assaulted during laser hair removal appointments at Dermabella Clinic in Vancouver.
Police said the alleged offences happened between January and October 2019.
“During the investigation, detectives identified a second victim who had allegedly been photographed while naked and receiving treatment at the clinic,” the VPD explained.
Following the lengthy investigation, the BC Prosecution Service approved the two charges against Aghasardar.
He now has a court-imposed condition not to be alone with any patient or client without another adult present for the duration of any treatment.
