British Columbia is reporting 3,223 new cases of COVID-19, this brings the total number of active cases in the province to 31,817.
Of the new/active cases, this is where they are coming from in each region:
There are currently 324 people in hospital, with 90 of those individuals in intensive care.
In the past 24 hours, three new deaths were reported which brings the provincial pandemic death toll to 2,430.
Two of the deaths were reported in Fraser Health, while one was reported in Northern Health.
An additional 16 COVID-19 outbreaks have been discovered at health-care facilities across the province, which brings the active total up to a whopping 37.

Since December 2020, the province has administered 9,552,369 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

From the eligible people five and older in the province, 88.4% (4,406,651) have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and 83.1% (4,140,207) have received a second dose.
Of the eligible people 12 and older in BC, 92.1% (4,267,843) have received their first dose of vaccine, 89.3% (4,139,941) have received their second dose and 22.5% (1,042,480) have received a third dose.
Also, 92.4% (3,998,399) of all eligible adults in BC have received their first dose, 89.8% (3,883,599) have received their second dose and 24.1% (1,041,515) have received a third dose.
