Police have arrested and charged a man believed to be responsible for a double homicide in Vancouver shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
Joseph Holland, 43, was arrested in Harrison Hot Springs on Wednesday night.

The RCMP’s Lower Mainland Emergency Response Team brought him into custody with assistance from Chilliwack and Agassiz RCMP and the VPD’s Emergency Response Team.
Earlier in the night, police found the suspect vehicle, a grey 2005 Dodge Caravan minivan, in Chilliwack, which led to some residents being told to lockdown in their homes.
Holland is accused of killing two people in East Vancouver on Monday, who have now been identified as 72-year-old Dennis Wragg and 68-year-old Paul Tonks.
They’re the sixth and seventh homicides of 2020 in Vancouver.
Holland remains in custody.
