SilverStar raised over $20,000 for Emergency Services Day on Saturday.
The mountain resort handed over a $20,120 cheque to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation.
It was raised through donations as well as a cut from every alpine day pass bought on the day.
Chantelle Deacon, who works as a media manager for SilverStar, said it was “an amazing day”.
She added: "The Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation means so much to us and we're so happy we were able to support them in such a big way."
Thousands of people – including skiers and snowboarders – went to watch as the local emergency services teams showed off some of their procedures.
One couple, Dan and Michaela Chapman, took home the old Summit Chair after bidding $3,600.
The chair was removed last April to make room for a new gondola.
The cash went straight to the SilverStar Fire Department.
